After starting Team Thermal mid-way through Season 33 (Approx. Day 49 22/07/15), Thermal had a pretty steep learning curve to learn the ropes of Professional Cycling. Striving to achieve Thermals team manager Joel Ryan said "I decided to push the team at the very start to see what kind of results we could achieve!" some would disagree with this style of management but Thermal pumped out a couple of results. After Joel allowed his team to rest up Thermal had a pretty bad spell with very limited results. Receiving a wildcard on Day 73 22/08/15 (Approx.) Joel had a good long look at his team and decided that it was in need of a big change, overhauling his previous tactic he decided that they should spend some time to train their younger riders up. So that leaves us with this Season what will Thermal achieve and what changes will their team go through.
